Step By Step

Working with 15 women from previous participants to empower and qualify them through several programs aimed at developing and empowering women, and using effective tools and methods to complete the project:

1: Communication & Conflict Resolution Workshop

A 5-day workshop to prepare the women and develop essential tools for use in their sessions, helping them interact with the target group in a simple and effective way.

2: TOT (Training of Trainers) Workshop

To empower the women with presentation and training skills so they can spread information in their communities and reach a wider group of beneficiaries.

3: Practical Experience & Awareness Sessions

Hands-on experience in their own communities through the formation of four discussion circles (12 participants each), and delivering four awareness sessions on: (Child Rights Agreement, Early Marriage, Gender and Gender Roles, Gender-Based Violence)

Through these sessions, after facing several challenges, including the withdrawal of two women for justified reasons, including health issues, we were able to reach 156 women who now have sufficient knowledge of these topics and the ability to transfer this knowledge to their surrounding community to achieve the greatest possible benefit.
